Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date.
Cancellation Fees
- Late cancellation (within 30 days before arrival):
A charge of 50% of the total stay amount will apply. - No-show or cancellation within 7 days before arrival:
A charge of 100% of the total stay amount will apply. - Early departure:
In case of early departure, the stay is non-refundable.
Additional Information
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
The applicable cancellation fee will be charged according to the date the cancellation is received.
